It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. The house has four floors with balconies. The house has 11 dwelling units. On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle, pram room, cleaning room, together wc, together workroom, technical room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of residental building in the village Moravský Písek. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. On the first floor there is a technical background and common areas. 2nd to 4th floor is used for housing and there are nine residential units in total. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
